HTWars is the ultimate Hytale multiplayer server network. Play Arcade games, lead factions on Empire Planet, and compete in sky modes like SkyWars. Our Discord server exists to support fair competition, clear communication, and a welcoming community for players, creators, and staff.

By participating in our Discord community server, you agree to follow these rules as well as Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Staff Discretion Notice

Not every scenario can be anticipated. Staff reserve the right to act in situations not explicitly covered by these rules to protect the community.

The below behaviors will result in a warning as the first punishment. Each situation will be reviewed by staff and handled based on context, severity, repetition, and intent. The time in between punishments may vary from short to long as well. Members may appeal.

Disrespect (Warn, 1H Mute, 1D Mute, 15D Mute, Perm Mute)

Members who engage in rude behavior toward others, including bullying, trolling, or provoking arguments, may be punished under this rule.

Discrimination (Staff Discretion)

Members who use racial slurs, hate speech, discriminatory language, or target others based on protected characteristics may be punished under this rule.

Spam (Warn, 30min Mute, 12H Mute, 7D Mute, Perm Mute)

Members who intentionally disrupt chat via excessive or repetitive messages, characters, emojis, stickers, GIFs, commands, excessive capitalization, stretched text, long blank messages, or similar behavior may be punished under this rule.

English Only (Warn, 30min Mute, 12H Mute, 7D Mute, Perm Mute)

As most of our community is English speaking, we ask that you keep chat English only. We also ask that you do not use other fonts in chat as this causes chat to become less readable. We have these rules in place in order to keep HTWars safe and friendly.

Unnecessary Pinging (Warn, 6H Mute, 7D Mute, 30D Mute, Perm Mute)

Members who excessively tag mention users or roles without valid reason may be punished under this rule. This also includes ghost pinging.

Abusing Tickets (Warn, 1D Blacklist, 15D Blacklist, Perm Blacklist)

Members making tickets with false claims, malicious intent, or unnecessary/excessive creation may be punished under this rule.

Note: If you ever get Blacklisted from creating tickets please contact a staff member in DMs.

Abusing Voice Channels (Warn, 12H Blacklist, 15D Blacklist, Perm Blacklist)

Members who disrupt voice channels through mic spam, screaming, soundboards, music abuse, inapprropriate screensharing or excessive channel hopping may be punished under this rule.

Note: If you ever get Blacklisted from joining voice channels please use DMs to voice call.

Sensitive Topics (Warn, 7D Mute, 15D Mute, 30D Mute, Perm Mute)

Any discussion revolving around topics included but not limited to: encouraging suicide, endangerment of others, rape, sexual harassment, pedophilia, etc. are not allowed.

Advertising / Sending Invite Links (Warn, 1D Mute, 7D Mute, 30D Mute, Perm Mute)
All forms of advertising are against the rules. Advertising is defined as asking members to play on a server or promoting social media (including but not limited to: YouTube, Twitch, etc.) to users for personal gain, such as gaining exposure. It is up to staff discretion to decide whether something counts as personal gain or gaining exposure.

Drama (Warn, 12H Mute, 7D Mute, 30D Mute, Perm Mute)

Members that involve themselves in situations that do not concern them in order to pertain reactions out of individuals or trying to start drama are against the rules.

The below behaviors will result in a permanent blacklisting from accessing our Discord server. Members may appeal

NSFW or Explicit Content (Perm Blacklist)

Members who post or distribute explicit sexual content, gore, or extreme violence will be punished under this rule.

Malicious Links/Media (Perm Blacklist)
Do not send links or other media that can cause any type of harm to another user of the Discord. This includes IP hijacking links or links that will cause a download to occur upon clicking the message.

Scamming (Perm Blacklist)

Sending messages to members in an attempt to scam through links or invite links to servers is not allowed.

Threats (Perm Blacklist)
Any threats towards users and/or the server is not allowed. This includes but is not limited to personal threats, asking for login info, DDoS threats, and doxing.

Leaking Personal Information (Perm Blacklist)
To ensure everyone's privacy and safety, sharing personal information about someone else without explicit permission is strictly prohibited. Personal information is information that could identify an individual such as specific location, age/date of birth, disability status, relationship details, real-life name, sexual orientation, In-Real-Life (IRL) photos, social media accounts, phone numbers, etc.

Punishment Evasion (Perm Blacklist)
Using an alternate account to evade a ban, mute, or restricted access is not allowed.

No Hacking (15D ban, 30D ban, 60D ban, Perm ban)

To provide a fair experience to everyone, any use of a hacked client or usage of unapproved modifications is prohibited.

Exploitations of Bugs / Glitches (Staff Discretion)

Abuse of server mechanics to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. A glitch or bug refers to any unintended error in the game, and exploiting such errors will result in severe consequences. If you encounter a bug, you must immediately report the bug via a ticket on our Discord server to avoid punishment.

Teaming or Cross-Teaming (Warn, 1D ban, 7D ban, 30D ban, Perm ban)

Players who cooperate with others in game modes that are intended to be solo may be punished under this rule.

Profile Boosting (Warn, 1D ban, 7D ban, 30D ban, Perm ban)

Profile Boosting refers to any activity that allows others to help a player gain rewards, win games, improve stats, or perform better than they would on their own.

Punishment Evasion (Perm Blacklist)

Network Threats/Server Damage (Perm Blacklist)

Any form of attack, whether successful or not, on either the individual servers or the network entirely will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, DDoS threats/attempts/attacks, backdoor threats/attempts/attacks, crash attempts, botting, and lag machines.
